It wasn't just an impressive year for Germantown student-athletes on the field or on the court. The Warhawks also showed their commitment in the classroom and were honored for it by the North Shore Conference.

A slew of GHS students received an NSC Scholar-Athlete Certificate, which was based on three criteria: a senior or junior student-athlete must have achieved three varsity letters by the criteria set forth by their school in a North Shore Conference sport; a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 based on a 4.0 scale; the student-athlete must not have any athletic code violations for their entire athletic career and be a student in good standing by the criteria set forth by their school.
