It’s been a couple of weeks since Donald Trump and Elizabeth Warren went at it on Twitter — but on Friday morning, they escalated things.

Just hours after the Massachusetts senator unleashed on Trump during a speech to the American Constitution Society, Trump tweeted that she had a “nasty mouth.”

Trump's use of "Pocahontas" is a reference to Warren's 2012 campaign when she struggled to provide proof of her Native American ancestry.

Warren capitalized on the viral Hillary Clinton tweet from Thursday in her response.

On Thursday night, Warren endorsed the former secretary of State, and her name has been discussed as a potential vice presidential pick for Clinton.
