Village of Menomonee Falls - Brandon Harris, 21, was arrested for firing at a moving vehicle in Menomonee Falls at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were first notified of gunshots being fired at a vehicle near the intersection of Pilgrim Road and Silver Spring Drive at 12:30 a.m. The call was made by a Menomonee Falls man who said his daughter and her friend were driving near the intersection when another vehicle pulled next to the car, and someone from inside fired into the passenger side rear door of the vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was described as a four-door car that was occupied by four or five male subjects. An occupant of this vehicle was driving it erratically while blaring loud music, according to the complaint. One of the victims showed the occupants of the car her middle finger. Shortly after, the victims heard a gunshot being fired at their car.

After the incident, a bullet hole was found near the corner of the rear passenger door by the victim's father, who then made the call to the Menomonee Falls Police Department. No one was injured in the shooting.

The crime is a Class F Felony, and if convicted, Harris could face a fine of no more than $25,000, with jail time not to exceed 12 years and six months, or both.
