1An iPod was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 8600 block of Westchester Drive between 10 p.m. June 12 and 6:30 a.m. June 13.
2A 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe was stolen out of a driveway in the 14000 block of Lilly Court between 10 p.m. June 12 and 1 p.m. June 13. The vehicle was unlocked and was stolen with the keys, which were accidentally left inside.
3A 46-year-old woman was taken into custody for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after she overdosed at a residence in the 4900 block of Dolphin Drive at about 1:45 a.m. June 13. She is facing a felony charge of possession of heroin, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and four counts of bail jumping due to having four open court cases at the time of her arrest.
4Emergency personnel went to a residence in the 14800 block of Main Street for a report of a drug overdose at 7:50 p.m. June 13. When police arrived, they found a 58-year-old man unconscious and turning blue, with drug paraphernalia lying near him. After being treated with Narcan at the scene, he was taken to the hospital for treatment. He is facing a felony charge of possession of heroin and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
5A 25-year-old Pewaukee man was taken into custody for OWI after police found him passed out in the driver’s seat of his running vehicle on Sunset Ridge Drive and Menomonee Avenue at about 11:40 p.m. June 7. He admitted drinking alcohol before driving, but refused to cooperate with police and threatened several officers while being booked. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.18.
6A 74-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody for third-offense OWI after police pulled his swerving vehicle over on Silver Spring and Ridgewood drives at 2 a.m. June 16. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.145.
7An officer reported finding graffiti on a retaining wall on Pilgrim Road and Menomonee River Parkway at about 4:20 p.m. June 10. Red paint was used to draw a cross, a smiley face and the phrase “smile more.”
8A white Chevrolet Malibu with a broken headlight and no license plates failed to pull over for a traffic stop on Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Drive and led police on a 12-mile pursuit at 9:45 p.m. June 13. The vehicle finally stopped, with two flat front tires, on North 65th Street and West Villard Avenue in Milwaukee where the driver, an 18-year-old man, and three occupants were taken into custody. The driver was charged with eluding and was taken to jail, and the three passengers were released to their parents.
