1Police went to a home in the N10200 block of Whitetail Run when the resident reported seeing someone dressed in all black clothing inside her home at 3:35 p.m. May 9. According to police, nothing appeared to have been stolen from inside the home, and the suspect was not found. Police believe the suspect entered through an open garage door.
2Police received a report that a male wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans and dark gloves used a rock to smash the front door side window at La Fleur’s Gymnastics, W189 N10991 Kleinmann Drive, and stole the cash register at 8:50 a.m. May 14.
3A 46-year-old Germantown man was taken into custody for domestic violence/disorderly conduct for allegedly pushing his father to the ground in the N11700 block of Valley Court at 6:30 p.m. May 8.
4Police received a report that a man was punched in the face by a man in the parking lot at Buzdums Pub, W188 N10515 Maple Road, at 1:40 a.m. May 10. The victim told police he believed the man was trying to steal his vehicle.
5A 27-year-old New London woman was taken into custody for obstructing (giving police a false name), possession of drug paraphernalia (a methamphetamine pipe) and for having several outstanding felony warrants after her vehicle was pulled over a registration violation on Highway 41 and Holy Hill Road at 12:35 a.m. May 9. A male passenger was also taken into custody and cited for possession of marijuana.
6A 32-year-old Germantown man was taken into custody for felony OWI (fifth offense) after a caller reported seeing him passed out inside his running vehicle at a stop light on Mequon and Pilgrim roads at 6:45 a.m. May 8. He was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and transported to jail.
7A 21-year-old woman was taken into custody and cited for OWI after her silver Ford Fusion struck the median cables on Highway 41, and then exited on Holy Hill Road at 7:50 a.m. May 12. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license (seventh offense) and released.
8Officers went to MacArthur Elementary School, W154 N11492 Fond du Lac Ave., after a caller reported hearing that a second grader had a knife and was threatening to kill people at about 5:15 p.m. May 9. During the investigation, police took the child’s father into custody for having an outstanding warrant. The case is still under investigation.
9A man driving a 2006 Yamaha FZ1 was taken into custody for disorderly conduct while armed for allegedly pointing a gun at another driver during a road rage incident in the N11700 block of Hilltop Circle at 4:05 p.m. May 13.
Germantown police assisted the fire department with 20 rescue calls between May 7 and May 14.
