Burglary

1Police received a report that someone broke the garage lock system at Wolfe House and Bell Museum, N128 W18780 Holy Hill Road, and entered the building at 3:35 p.m. May 4. Nothing appeared to be missing.

2Police received a report that someone broke into a woman’s garage in the W16000 block of Sylvan Circle and damaged her male friend’s vehicle at 3 p.m. May 5. Police are seeking the woman’s ex-boyfriend for questioning. Police did not say if anything was stolen from the garage or vehicle.

3A garage was reported entered in the N10400 block of Oak Lane at 9:30 a.m. May 6. Police did not say if anything was stolen from the garage.

Theft

4Three chainsaws were stolen out of a work truck parked on Donges Bay Road and East Fond du Lac Avenue between the evening hours of May 1 and 7 a.m. May 2.

5A resident in the N9800 block of White Horse Drive reported waking up and finding his 2015 Chevy Silverado in a ditch across the street at 5:35 a.m. May 5. Some items were also stolen from inside the truck.

6Several items were reported stolen out of three unlocked vehicles in the W21000 block of White Horse Drive at 6:30 a.m. May 5.

7A gray 2013 Chrysler 200 was reported stolen in the W21000 block of Oak Lane at 9:10 a.m. May 6.

OWI

8A 46-year-old Germantown man was taken into custody for fourth-offense OWI after his vehicle left the roadway and drove into a ditch on Cedar Lane and Division Road at 7:55 p.m. April 30. He was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and transported to jail.

9A 28-year-old man was taken into custody for second-offense OWI and driving with a revoked license at Rivers Edge Plaza, N96 W18058 County Line Road, at 2:45 a.m. May 6.

Accidents

10A 35-year-old Germantown woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries after her Volkswagen Jetta crashed into a Nissan Sentra that made a left turn directly in front of her at County Line Road and Treetops Drive at about 8:30 a.m. May 6. The driver of the Nissan, a 22-year-old Hubertus man, was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn.

Other

11A caller reported a heavyset man in his 50s wearing a gray sweatshirt and baseball hat, was masturbating and exposing himself while driving a gray/blue SUV north on Highway 41 and County Line Road at about 10 a.m. May 1. Police checked the area but did not find the vehicle.

12A caller reported someone stole 75 cents out of his vehicle while it was parked at Stoeckl Family Dentistry, W177 N9856 Rivercrest Drive, at 2:40 p.m. May 4. Police reviewed surveillance footage, which showed someone in a Toyota Tundra entered the unlocked car and stole the change.

Germantown police assisted the fire department with 20 rescue calls between April 30 and May 7.
