1A 27-year-old Menomonee Falls man who was caught concealing merchandise/groceries at Woodman’s, W124 N8145 Highway 145, two times March 26 and April 1 was taken into custody for having two outstanding warrants with the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department at 3:15 p.m. April 1. When these thefts occurred, the suspect was facing state charges for 11 shoplifting incidents in Waukesha.
2A man shoplifted two Dyson vacuum cleaners, valued at $1,200, at Kohl’s, N95 W18000 Appleton Ave., and then fled the lot in a 2016 black Nissan Altima between 8:40 and 8:50 p.m. April 1.
3A 42-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody after he allegedly admitted using someone else’s credit card to make multiple fraudulent purchases at Best Buy, N95 W16855 Falls Pkwy., at 2:55 p.m. April 4. The man told police he found the debit card lying in the parking lot. In addition to facing a possible felony charge of fraud, he is also facing two misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
4A wallet was stolen out of an employee’s purse after she left it unattended near her workstation at Arandell Corp., N82 W13118 Leon Road, between 11 p.m. April 4 and 3:40 a.m. April 5. The employee discovered her debit card was used at the vending machines during her shift.
5A 33-year-old man was taken into custody for domestic violence/disorderly conduct for allegedly kicking his wife during an argument at their home in the 8700 block of Town Line Road at 9:25 p.m. April 3. The suspect, who was intoxicated, was angry with his wife because she had not called him before coming home.
6A plastic bag containing 2.4 grams of marijuana was found stuffed down the rear seat side area of a police squad car at the Menomonee Falls Police Department, W156 N8480 Pilgrim Road, at noon April 6. The THC was disposed of.
7Three younger males got out of a mid-2000s silver Mercury Grand Marquis and threw rocks at two showroom windows at Ernie Von Schledorn, N88 W14167 Main St., in an apparent attempt to enter the building at about 6:30 a.m. April 3. Police believe the suspects might also be responsible for trying to break into a vehicle at a Kwik Trip gas station about 20 minutes after this incident.
8A 24-year-old man and his 23-year-old girlfriend were cited for loitering/prowling after the man tried to break into an ATM and vacuum machine by using a small claw hammer at the car wash at Woodman’s, W124 N8145 Highway 145, at 6:45 p.m. March 26.
