1A black Saab 9-3 Aero was reported stolen in the W16900 block of Murillo Drive at 9:55 p.m. March 19. The vehicle owner told police his roommate stole his Saab while he was on vacation.
2Cash ($190) was reported stolen at KFC, N96 W17860 County Line Road, at 1:45 p.m. March 25.
3A woman who called police to report she was involved in a physical altercation with her fiancé in the W15700 block of Vienna Court was taken into custody for domestic violence/battery and disorderly conduct at about 6 a.m. March 25.
4A 35-year-old Fond du Lac woman was taken into custody for possession of heroin after she came into Germantown Mobil, N96 W17500 County Line Road, and asked for help because she was overdosing at about 5 p.m. March 22. The driver of the vehicle she was riding in, a 52-year-old Fond du Lac man, was also taken into custody for fourth-offense OWI after he allegedly told police he used heroin before driving the vehicle. Both were taken to the hospital for observation, and were then booked at the police department and taken to jail.
5A 21-year-old woman was taken into custody for possession of heroin and was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Appleton Avenue and Maple Road at about 12:25 a.m. March 23.
6A 43-year-old Jackson man was taken into custody for fifth-offense OWI after his Ford F150 truck hit an electrical pole on Park and Fond du Lac avenues at 2:15 a.m. March 24. The man walked away from the scene and was found behind Wright Auto, where he was taken into custody and taken to jail.
7Police responded to the parking lot at Blackstone Creek Golf Course, N112 W17300 Mequon Road, after a motorist reported he followed a vehicle into the lot that was described in a silver alert at 12:35 a.m. March 20. The caller spoke to the driver, a 79-year-old Delafield man, who was reported missing after he left his home at about noon March 19. The man was transported back to the police station and was reunited with his family.
8Emergency personnel responded to Aurora Advanced Healthcare, W180 N11070 River Lane, after a 911 caller reported a man was found pulseless and not breathing inside a parked vehicle at 3:55 p.m. March 20. The 78-year-old man was taken to Community Memorial Hospital by Germantown ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.
9An alert taxi driver brought her fare, a female resident in the W20400 block of Freistadt Road, to the Germantown Police Department after realizing her fare was being scammed at about 12:40 p.m. March 21. The resident told the taxi driver she had just won a million dollars and was going to mail an unknown amount of money to someone she did not know in order to receive the cash. The woman was informed it was a scam and no money was lost.
10Five juveniles who were ringing doorbells, knocking on windows and throwing objects at houses were taken into custody on Navajo Drive and Water Street at 8:30 p.m. March 23. All were cited for disorderly conduct and released to their parents.
Germantown police assisted the fire department with 15 rescue calls between March 19 and March 26.
