1Police received a report that a man’s debit card was used to made fraudulent transactions after he used it in the drive thru at McDonald’s, N96 W17512 County Line Road, and it was never returned to him at 7:10 p.m. March 13. The card was allegedly used at a Walmart and a Kwik Trip in Fond du Lac.

2A male employee who was being detained for stealing from Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Ave., left the store when police arrived and locked himself inside his vehicle at about 11:20 p.m. March 15. The man eventually exited his vehicle and was cited for employee theft and obstructing.


3A 26-year-old Germantown woman was taken into custody for domestic violence/battery and disorderly conduct for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend during an argument in the W15800 block of Vienna Court at 1:40 a.m. March 17.

Drug possession

4Officers responding to a report of a vehicle turned over on its side on Maple Road and Fawn Lane took the driver, an 18-year-old Milwaukee man, into custody for possession of marijuana at about 10:30 p.m. March 12.

5Officers responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked near the employee parking area at Kwik Trip, W188 N10963 Maple Road, took the occupant, a 37-year-old Tomahawk man, into custody after they found numerous drugs and paraphernalia in his possession at about 5:10 p.m. March 15. He facing felony charges of possession of narcotics and bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.


6A 65-year-old Mayville man was taken into custody for OWI after his vehicle left the roadway and struck a guardrail while traveling north on Highway 41 and Holy Hill Road at 12:45 a.m. March 13. He allegedly admitted drinking alcohol, failed field sobriety tests, and a preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.17.

Germantown police assisted the fire department with 23 rescue calls between March 12 and March 19.
