1A male shoplifted $680 worth of Red Bull energy drinks at Woodman’s, W124 N8145 Highway 145, during two separate incidents between 7:30 p.m. Feb. 18 and 5:30 p.m. Feb. 19. In both cases, the suspect concealed cases of Red Bull into a backpack and green duffel bag, and then fled the lot in a gray 2004 Buick Century.
2Two men pushed a shopping cart full of unpaid merchandise into the parking lot at Woodman’s, W124 N8145 Highway 145, loaded it into a dark gray 1990 Geo Prizm and fled at about 8:10 p.m. Feb. 20. It was unknown exactly how much merchandise was in the cart, but it appeared to contain a lot of baby diapers, crab legs and laundry detergent.
3Two men concealed two cases of Red Bull energy drinks inside a backpack at Woodman’s, W124 N8145 Highway 145, and fled the lot in a gray Buick Century at about 3:10 a.m. Feb. 21. Police tried to pull the vehicle over on Main Street and Highway 41, but the vehicle did not stop. The officer chased the vehicle to 91st and Flagg in Milwaukee, where the pursuit was terminated.
4A wallet containing a debit card and driver’s license was reported stolen out of an employee’s purse at Penny Mustard Furniture, N95 W17061 Falls Parkway, at noon Feb. 19. The purse was sitting on top of a desk in the office area, which is next to the showroom. The debit card was used to make fraudulent purchases at Best Buy and CVS in Menomonee Falls.
5A 27-year-old man who was involved in a two-vehicle, rear-end collision on Pilgrim Road and Main Street was taken into custody after police found heroin and heroin paraphernalia inside an expandable police baton in his vehicle at about 10:45 a.m. Feb. 21. The man was on probation for possession of heroin when this occurred. He is facing a felony charge of possession of heroin, and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.
6Police pursued a speeding, silver 2007 Saturn into the parking lot at Costco, W162 N9235 Pershing Ave., where the driver jumped out of his vehicle and took off running at about 1:50 a.m. Feb. 19. The driver, a 26-year-old Milwaukee man, was quickly taken into custody after an officer pointed a Taser at him. The pursuit started in Washington County after Kewaskum police tried to pull the vehicle over for speeding. The man was turned over to Washington County, where he is facing two felony counts of fleeing/eluding, and was cited for possession of marijuana, driving without a valid license, driving without headlamps and an unsafe lane deviation.
7An 18-year-old man was taken into custody for domestic violence after he allegedly armed himself with a knife while arguing with his father in the 4900 block of Stone Drive at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 19.
