1 A 34-year-old man was cited for shoplifting after he was seen cutting cologne and micro SD cards out of their packaging and concealing them in his pocket at Target, N95 W17707 Shady Lane, at about 11:15 a.m. Feb. 11. The man was also cited for carrying a concealed weapon after police found he had a loaded, 10mm Glock 29 handgun in his possession while inside the store, and his CCW permit was expired.
2 A 55-year-old West Allis woman who was caught shoplifting at Home Goods, N91 W16067 Falls Parkway, was taken into custody after police discovered she had four outstanding warrants for shoplifting and two outstanding warrants for bail jumping at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 14.
3 Police investigating a suspicious, occupied vehicle at Village Park, N87 W17001 Garfield Drive, took the driver, a 23-year-old woman, into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 6:45 p.m. Feb. 12. The woman admitted having several marijuana pipes and a grinder after police questioned her about the marijuana smell inside her vehicle. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license.
4 A 33-year-old woman was taken into custody for second-offense OWI after her vehicle was pulled over for striking a median while heading north on Main Street at Highway 145 at about 1 a.m. Feb. 14. She allegedly admitted drinking alcohol before driving, and a preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.193.
