Robbery

1Police responded to the Germantown Park N Ride on Lannon Road after a caller reported witnessing a male being kicked out of a vehicle at 5:10 p.m. Feb. 12. Police spoke to the male, who said he was punched several times and his money was stolen. However, he refused to give police the names of the suspects and would not file a complaint. The male allegedly admitted he was going to use the money to buy marijuana.

Theft

2A white 2005 Ford F350 was reported stolen at Gehl’s Foods, W160 N11736 Crusader Court, at 1:35 p.m. Feb. 9. Someone apparently stole the vehicle, took several items out of it, and then returned it to the business.

OWI

3A 45-year-old Germantown man was taken into custody for third-offense OWI and driving with a revoked license after a motorist reported he was following an intoxicated driver on Pilgrim and Mequon roads at 5:35 p.m. Feb. 5. He was taken to the hospital for a blood draw.

Fire

4Emergency personnel responded to a report of an oven fire in the W156 N11300 block of Pilgrim Road at 9:05 p.m. Feb. 8. The fire was caused by some oven mitts that had been stored in the warming drawer of the stove. The flames were extinguished before police arrived, and the fire department ventilated the building. No injuries or structure damage was reported.

5A man who called 911 and said he wasn’t having an emergency but wanted to discuss an issue with police was later taken custody after police discovered he had a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia in the N114 W16000 block of Sylvan Circle at 12:45 a.m. Feb. 9.

Germantown police assisted the fire department with 24 rescue calls between Feb. 5 and Feb. 12.
