Theft

1Thirty-two heat treated wood pallets were stolen from TJ Hale Company, W139 N9499 Highway 145, at about 10:25 a.m. Jan. 29.

2A 23-year-old woman was taken into custody and cited for shoplifting cosmetics at Ulta, N91 W16051 Falls Parkway, at about 4:10 p.m. Jan. 29. Police took her into custody after seeing her drop numerous cosmetics while she was walking to her car in the parking lot.

3A 23-year-old female employee was taken into custody and cited for theft for stealing $680 out of a cash register at Piggly Wiggly, N81 W15182 Appleton Ave., at about 8:35 a.m. Jan. 31. She was picked up by police at Target in Menomonee Falls, where she was also employed as a sales associate.

Drug possession

4A 50-year-old woman was cited for possession of marijuana when police found a plastic bag containing THC in her jacket pocket during a traffic on Silver Spring Drive and Enterprise Avenue at 9:50 a.m. Jan. 27. The woman denied the marijuana was hers, claiming it was not her jacket. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license and was taken into custody for having two traffic warrants.

5Officers responding to a report of a possible overdose in the 8900 block of Water Street took a 21-year-old woman into custody for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at about 12:15 a.m. Jan. 31. When police arrived, the woman was unconscious, and paramedics administered Narcan to revive her. The woman was also taken into custody for bail jumping after police discovered she was out on bail for a drug charge.

OWI

6A 20-year-old man whose vehicle was pulled over on Silver Spring and Butternut drives for making an illegal right turn was taken into custody for second offense OWI at about 2:10 a.m. Jan. 29. He allegedly admitted drinking alcohol before driving, and a preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.14. He was also taken into custody for driving with a revoked license due to his first OWI conviction.

Vandalism

7A 47-year-old man was taken into custody for breaking the glass out of the main entrance door at Pizza Hut, W156 N8420 Pilgrim Road, at about 11:35 a.m. Feb. 2. The man apparently became irate because he believed he was overcharged on his credit card and broke the door. He was cited for criminal damage to property and released.

Menomonee Falls police assisted the fire department with three rescue calls between Jan. 27 and Feb. 2.
