1A 2012 Audi SUV was stolen out a driveway in the 6400 block of Aspen Drive between 1 and 3:15 p.m. Aug. 24. The proximity key fob was inside the vehicle and the doors were left unlocked.
2A 27-year-old man was taken into custody for possession of cocaine during a warrant arrest in the 8400 block of Albert Place at 7:40 p.m. Aug. 18.
3A woman attempted to shoplift a cart filled with $294 worth of feminine products and cleaning supplies at Pick ’n Save, N95 W18351 County Line Road, but ditched the cart when she was confronted by a store manager in the parking lot at about 6:25 a.m. Aug. 20. The suspect fled the lot in a silver 2012 Kia Sportage.
4A 35-year-old man was taken into custody for second offense OWI after he was seen driving erratically on Main Street and Highway 41 at about 5:25 p.m. Aug. 22. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.24.
5Someone damaged two metal urinal privacy dividers in the men’s bathroom at Willowood Park, N55 W15001 Silver Spring Drive, between 9”50 p.m. Aug. 19 and 10 p.m. Aug. 20.
6Menomonee Falls police chased a vehicle that was involved in a shoplifting incident at the Germantown Farm and Fleet at 12:05 p.m. Aug. 19. The pursuit began in the 9500 block of Appleton Avenue, proceeded onto County Line Road, and then onto southbound Highway 41 where it was terminated after about 3 miles due to high speeds and traffic. The driver of the vehicle, an older model, white Mazda SUV with a dealer plate, has a warrant for armed burglary with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
7A 17-year-old girl was taken into custody and cited for an absolute sobriety violation when she was pulled over for driving the wrong way on Pilgrim Road and El Camino Drive at 5:55 a.m. Aug. 20. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.04.
8A 61-year-old man who was taken to the hospital after he was found unconscious inside a residence in the 4900 block of Graysland Drive is facing charges of domestic violence/battery after police discovered he struck his wife about eight times during an argument at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 20. Police initially responded to the home for a welfare check after receiving a report that the man was possibly suicidal, and he allegedly told police he was trying to harm himself by drinking alcohol.
9Police went to the parking lot at Target, N95 W17707 Shady Lane, to help Milwaukee police find a stolen 2008 Honda Accord at about 4:35 p.m. Aug. 22. Officers found the vehicle, and as they approached it, the suspect jumped into the driver’s seat and sped out of the lot. Police chased the vehicle for about a mile before ending the pursuit. The suspect, a 40-year-old Milwaukee man, was taken into custody later that day by Milwaukee police. He is facing charges of felony eluding and reckless endangerment.
