Drive-in movie

Children will create their own car using a cardboard box and then can sit back, have a snack and watch a short film from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18. All ages welcome. Registration is required.

Block party

Kids in kindergarten and up, or any age with adult supervision, can build their own creation using the library’s collection of Lego blocks 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18.

Adult coloring club

Coloring is for everyone from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22. Coloring Club is for those who would like a quiet place to relax with others and work on this very simple craft. No advance registration is necessary. Coloring sheets and materials will be provided, or attendees may bring their own.

Genealogy Interest Group

Generations Genealogy Interest Group meets 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23. The group is a monthly program for new and intermediate genealogists. The topic for this month is "Maps, Lands and Homesteading." Following the presentation, there will be time for discussion and working on personal family trees. Registration is required.

AARP tax help

Trained AARP tax volunteers will be available to assist seniors and others needing help with simple income tax returns from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, Feb. 20 to April 14. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the Menomonee Falls Recreation Department/Community Center at 262-255-8460.
