Men's Book Club
The Butler Public Library's Men's Book Club meets at 6:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month.

Community Memorial Hospital is accepting nominations for the 2017 Spirit of Caring awards, Community Service and Excellence in the Medical Profession for physicians.

The St. Boniface/St. Gabriel Food Pantry, located in the St. Boniface Parish Center, W204 N11940 Goldendale Road, Germantown, serves the communities of Germantown, Richfield, Hubertus, Jackson and Colgate.
Items needed include brownie cake mix, complete pancake mix, syrup, sweetened breakfast cereals, cans of mandarin oranges, applesauce, strawberry jelly, SpaghettiOs, Hamburger Helper, spaghetti sauce, instant rice and peas. The pantry is always in need of household and personal care items. The pantry is open from 3 to 7 p.m. the first and third Monday of the month.

Morning Book Club
The Germantown Community Library's Morning Book Club will meet from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the library, N112 W16957 Mequon Road.

Health care scholarships
Community Memorial Foundation and the medical staff at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin Community Memorial Hospital are accepting scholarship applications for area students interested in health care careers.
The scholarships are offered to high school seniors and undergraduate students pursuing health care or medical careers, who reside in the hospital's service area. Students are selected by a scholarship committee based on academic excellence, interest in health professions, scholarship need, connection to the hospital and enrollment in an accredited university or college.
