Spring Gala

The Community Memorial Foundation's 27th Spring Splendor Gala will be held Saturday, April 22, at the historic Pritzlaff Building.

The fundraiser benefits end-of-life care at Community Memorial Hospital. Reservations for the event are available and may be purchased by calling 262-257-3761 at $200 a person or $2,250 for a corporate table of 10. The evening includes dinner, silent and live auctions, raffles and entertainment. Raffle tickets may be purchased in the Foundation's office on the lower level of the hospital, W180 N8085 Town Hall Road, Menomonee Falls.

Spring concert

Falls Baptist Church's school of music will hold a spring instrumental concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, at the church, N69 W12703 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls.

“Musical Montage” features music through the ages. Performers include tots through college age. A bake sale will be held following the concert.

Book sale

The Menomonee Falls Public Library, W156 N8436 Pilgrim Road, will host a book sale Thursday through Saturday, April 27-29.

Hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Thursday is Patron Day; show a Menomonee Falls, Bridges or Cafe library card and get one book free. Saturday is Bag Sale Day; from noon to 3 p.m. fill a provided bag for $5.

Pancake breakfast

The Kiwanis Club of Menomonee Falls will host its annual pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 30, at the Trysting Place Pub, N71 W12980 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls.

The cost is $7 adults; children under age 6 eat free. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, eggs and coffee. Baked goods will also be available. Proceeds will benefit Special Olympics, the Kiwanis Scholarship Fund, Little League and other area youth services. Tickets are available at the door or from any Menomonee Falls Kiwanis member.

Reunion

St. Boniface Catholic Church and School will hold its first reunion and get together Friday, June 16, at the church.

The church and school will celebrate 172 years. Registration is required and must be received by Monday, May 1. Contact the church for a registration form. Mail form and payment, $10 a person, to Dave Liccione, St. Boniface Parish, W204 N11940 Godlendale Road, Germantown, WI 53022.
