The town of Lisbon will hold its annual tire roundup from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 15, at the municipal garage, N72 W24958 Good Hope Road, Lisbon.
Only passenger car and small truck tires will be accepted. Rims and wheels must be removed. The cost is $2 per tire.

The town of Lisbon Public Works Department will begin spring brush pickup at 6 a.m. Monday, April 17.
The department will make one pass through the town in approximately three to four weeks. Branches must be less than 8 feet in length, and less than 5 feet in diameter. Residents should stack branches neatly by the road with butt ends facing the road. No stumps, railroad ties, landscape timbers, garden waste or boxed or contained brush will be picked up.

The Sussex Green Team will honor Earth Day with a Bugline Appreciation Walk and Cleanup from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 22.
Meet by Malabar Coffee, N63 W23217 Main St., Sussex, at 9 a.m. for a nature-inspired scavenger hunt and nature-based craft stations along the 1.2-mile walk toward Village Park. Games, treats and animals, courtesy of the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS), will be set up at the park.
